Can I access the gym straight away after purchasing a membership online?

Yes, simply collect your membership card from a member of staff at reception

What do I do if I lose my membership card?

You can purchase a replacement card at reception for £2. Your old card will no longer be valid.

Where do I login to my members area?

Visit the Xtreme CSC homepage and click ‘Login to members area’ located at the top of the page. Login with your email and password that you created when you signed up. If you have forgotten your password click the link ‘I have forgotten my password’ to set a new one.

How do I fill out my PAR-Q questionnaire?

All PAR-Qs must be filled out in store.

Am I tied into a contract?

You can select which type of membership package you would like. Our standard membership is a monthly rolling contract. You can choose our annual membership which is a 12 month contract payable upfront with the added bonus of an £80 discount!

When will the direct debit go out of my bank?

You direct debit will leave your bank exactly 1 month after you sign up, unless other wise agreed with a member of staff.

What do I do if I have missed a payment?

If you have missed a payment or have insufficient funds in your account, we will try to take it again a few days later. If the direct debit continues to fail you will receive a letter from Harlands instructing you to reinstate your direct debit by calling 01444 449 165.

Why have I received a letter with added fees?

If you direct debit fails, Harlands can charge you up to £25 for admin fees. They are however lenient if it is the first time you have missed a payment. Alternatively you can pay us cash in store and reinstate your direct debit with a member of staff and we will get any fees removed on your account.

Who is Harlands?

Harlands are the company who collect all our direct debits. You gym membership will appear as ‘Harlands’ on your bank statement.
