Kira’s love of all things fitness started 10 years ago when she began her own Physical transformation from a size 14 to an 8 she then went on to study how to transform mentally and develop spiritually. She helps coach and guide clients on how to improve their body mind connection and become more comfortable in their own skin, as well as building first time and non-gym goer’s confidence and helping them take control of their diet, nutrition, and habits surrounding healthy balanced living. As a transformation coach Kira takes her clients on a journey of self-betterment and reprograms their current feelings about how they see themselves and how to learn to love, appreciate, and enjoy exercise.
