Whilst attaining a university degree in Sports Strength and Conditioning, I was able to specialise in the Strength & Conditioning field alongside completing a dissertation in Sports Nutrition. I have always had a keen interest in sport, with recently switching from playing rugby for a semi-professional club, to focusing all my efforts competing on the Muscle Model stage.
With having a largely active background, I have realised that health promotion and all-round wellness offer an immense number of benefits that can easily become part of your lifestyle.
