I love being a part of my clients fitness journey. To watch their transformations over the weeks and months is so rewarding. No two people are alike. Goals, motivations, abilities and interests all make us unique. A personal training program should be as individual as you are, catering specifically to your goals and your lifestyle. Whether you are wanting to improve your general fitness, transform your body, lose weight or develop a better quality of life by making positive changes to your fitness and nutritional habits, I’m here to help you reach your goals. Being Type 1 diabetic has given me a keen interest in nutrition and how it fits in with training and how to overcome a wide range of obstacles to get the best results.
