The Xtreme CSC website is maintained for your personal use and viewing. Access and use by you of these sites constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Gym Membership

Our standard membership does not tie you into a contract and is payable on a month by month by direct debit. Monthly payments go out a month after you sign up. First months membership is payable upfront. This can be done online or in store by card payment or cash.

All members must adhere to our gym etiquette rules which can be found online or on the gym floor. These rules are put in place to make sure the gym is a safe environment at all times. Anyone breaching these rules will have their membership reconsidered.

Every member will receive a membership card which must be shown at reception on every visit. Replacement cards will be charged at £2 per card. All membership cards remain property of Xtreme CSC.

Membership cards are non nontransferable and must only be used by the registered member. Any misuse of membership will result in the card being cancelled.

The management of Xtreme CSC reserve the right to cancel any membership in breech of rules or conduct which in the view of the management of Xtreme CSC is offensive to customers and / or staff or represents a health and safety danger.

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted access to the gym.

Memberships can not be refunded if a member chooses not to visit the gym.


If you wish to cancel your membership please email us at info@xtremecsc.com, or cancel your direct debit with your bank.

Missed Payments and Fees

All our direct debits are collected through Harlands. If you miss a payment or have insufficient funds in  your account to pay your direct debit then please call Harlands on 01444 449 165 to get your direct debit reinstated. Please be aware that Harlands can charge up to £25 admin fee for missed payments, they are however lenient on these fees if it is the first time you have missed a payment. An alternate way to avoid this fee is to pay cash in store and re-set your membership with a member of staff.

If you know you will not be able to pay your membership for 1 month, you have the option to freeze your account with us to avoid any added fees or unnecessary letters. Please note that you will not be allowed to access the gym if your membership is frozen.

Free Day Pass

We often have free day passes on promotion. These are limited to one free day pass per customer, if you have previously used a free pass then you will not be eligible for any other free pass. If you do not receive your email with your free pass, please pop in and we will be able to locate you on the system.

Gym Etiquette

All members must adhere to our code of conduct:

  • Be respectful and courteous to other members and staff
  • No violence or aggressive behaviour
  • Please keep equipment clean and wipe down after use (cleaning products and blue roll will be available at all times)
  • Chalk Station to be kept clean and free from contamination
  • Non-members are not permitted in the gym area
  • Please put all weights away in their place once finished with
  • Do not drop weights on the floor
  • Report any damages or breakages to a member of staff
  • No smoking on the premises
  • No eating in the gym area
  • No phone usage in the gym area
  • No moving of equipment
  • No drug abuse or steroids on the premises
  • Gym wear required, no jeans, no shoes
  • Members must not loiter around equipment and restrict access to others

Health and Safety

Smoking is not permitted on the Xtreme CSC site.
All customers must inform staff of any medical condition which may affect their use of the facilities.
Whilst using the facilities all members are responsible for their own health.

Xtreme CSC liability for loss or damage to property or person is limited to any damage or loss suffered as a direct result of negligence of Xtreme CSC.

No pets are allowed into the facilities with the exception of Guide Dogs.


Lockers should be used for the storage of personal items at all times. Xtreme CSC is not liable for the loss or theft of any personal belongings. For security reasons and for the benefit of all members, all lockers must be emptied at the end of each session. All lockers will be checked and emptied at the end of each day. Any items found will be held behind reception for a limited time period.
